How Our Pricing Works Our fees depend mainly on the size and complexity of your business and on the state of your records. Tidy, up-to-date bookkeeping means less work for us and a lower fee for you. If your records need extra attention, we will tell you before we start and agree any additional cost, rather than adding it to the bill afterwards. Free Initial Consultation Your first meeting with Crimson Owl Accountants is free and comes with no obligation. We use it to understand your needs and give you an accurate quote. There is no charge for asking questions about what we can do for you. Payment and Notice Monthly packages are paid by direct debit and can be cancelled with one month's notice. One-off work is invoiced on completion and payable within fourteen days. For catch-up work or new limited company clients, we may ask for a deposit of up to half the agreed fee before we begin. VAT and Late Records Please note our prices may be subject to VAT, and the final fee will be confirmed in your engagement letter. Records received less than two weeks before a filing deadline may incur a priority fee of £50, as we need to rearrange other work to meet the deadline for you.
